Virtual Event | Fishes of the Ocean (Middle School)

Join Saltwater Studies for a fun, interactive virtual tour of the ocean world! This virtual field trip will focus on the fishes of the ocean.

What to Expect: A professional marine biologist will provide students with a graphically infused overview of fish anatomy and habitats and then lead them on a guided underwater tour of the ocean using a public web cam. The instructor will narrate and discuss the species seen in the web cam providing fun facts regarding tropical reef fish. The virtual field trip will conclude with an interactive quiz game that will allow students to compete against each other to see who can remember the most information from the day’s discussion.

Who Can Attend: This event is targeted towards middle school students.

Cost: $12 per student
