Please note that due to the holiday weekend and the later class time, the park will most likely be quite busy. If you are planning on staying with your student at the park, please be sure to arrive extra early to find parking.

 
 

Meeting Location

Meeting Location: Phil Foster Park, 900 Blue Heron Blvd, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. We will meet next to the bathroom building on the west side of the park.
Parking Fee: None.
Facility Amenities: Park amenities include a covered picnic tables, outdoor showers and bathrooms.

 

Class Activity

Students will be led on a guided snorkel in the calm waters around Blue Heron Bridge.

Appropriate Attire: Students must wear their swimsuits and beach-appropriate clothing and bring their own snorkel and mask. Swim fins are not allowed during Saltwater Studies events, but water shoes are recommended as an alternative. All students will be required to wear snorkel vests provided by Saltwater Studies as a safety precaution.
