IMPORTANT UPDATE:
September’s class on jellies has been rescheduled due to the weather forecast.
The new class date is October 9th.
This means that our first class will technically be the class on Bony Fish scheduled for Friday, October 2nd followed by the class on Jellies the next week on Friday, October 9th.

Meeting Location
Phil Foster Park, 900 Blue Heron Blvd, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. We will meet next to the bathroom on the west side of the park under one of the covered pavilions.
Entrance Fee: None.
Class Topic
This month we will be discussing bony fish. We will spend the morning discussing the topic and reviewing the homework assignment. Students must bring their notes from their completed homework assignment with them to class so that they can participate in the class discussion.
Water or Beach Activity
Beach or Water Activity
Students will participate in a fishing activity led by Joey Pence of 419 Fishing Academy where they will learn how to make fish traps and use them.
Appropriate Attire: Students should wear beach-appropriate clothing. They must also bring their own lunch and a filled water bottle.
