Meeting Location
Dubois Park, 19075 Dubois Rd, Jupiter, FL 33477
We will meet at the picnic table next to the playground, weather permitting.
Parents: The picnic table only has sufficient number of seats to accommodate the students. Please bring your own beach chair or blanket if you would like to sit near the class.

Class Topic & Learning Activity
This month we will be discussing echinoderms. Class discussion will review various echinoderm species including sea stars sea urchins, sand dollars, sea biscuits, heart urchins and brittle stars incorporating visual aids and various specimens. Learning activity includes a review game where students will identify different echinoderm species.
Water or Beach Activity
Beach activity includes a wading tour where students will search for sea urchins in Dubois Park lagoon.
Appropriate Attire: Please come prepared to get wet! Please have your child wear his or her swimsuit, beach-appropriate clothing, water shoes and bring a filled water bottle.
Please make sure that your child wears the appropriate clothing for our class. If your child does not have the appropriate attire (i.e. swimming suit, water shoes or snorkel gear) to complete the planned activity, unfortunately he or she will not be able to participate.
